- Are estimates free? Yes, we do offer free estimates!
- Do I need to file an accident report? Accident reports need to be filed when the damage exceeds a certain amount of money. Check your state laws to find out if you should file a report or not.

A lot of times, if the damage to the vehicle is very minimal, the cost of repairs ends up being less than a deductible. This is a case where it might be wise to not use your insurance company. If you choose to do the repairs without using insurance talk to us and we can figure out the best way to go about it.
- Should I drive my car after an accident? Each and every accident is different, so it is hard to answer this question. After you've been in an accident you should make sure that your car is still street-legal. Make sure no lights are out; nothing is rubbing against your tires, etc. If your car is not drivable, let us know and we can assist you in getting a tow company to tow your car to our shop.
- Do I have to go to the shop that my insurance company tells me to go to? Absolutely not! As the customer, you get to decide where you want to take your car. Choose the shop that you feel the most comfortable with.
- Why can't I get an estimate over the phone? Often times it is hard to give a thorough estimate without seeing damage to the car. Each and every accident is different, and the slightest difference in damage could lead to a bigger difference in the cost of repairs. It is best to have a professional look at the car to decide what needs to be fixed. If your car is not drivable, you have a couple of options. You can either have the car towed to us, and we can write an estimate that way, or you could send us pictures through email. Contact us to find out what the best option for your situation would be.
- Do I need an appointment to set up an estimate? No you do not need an appointment. Feel free to come by and get an estimate any time between 8am and 5pm , Monday through Friday. Occasionally in the middle of the day our estimator is gone for lunch. If you are planning to come down between the hours of 11 and 2 it would be best to call first.
